Varios voluntarios de Prodein y de APDHML han localizado al joven Youness en la frontera de Beni Enzar, lado marroquí.
Según sus declaraciones una patrulla de la Policía Nacional le detuvo el día 06 a las 10 de la noche en el Barrio del Real de Melilla. Younes, sin documentos para identificarse, mostró un escrito de la asociación donde se hacía constar su filiación y que estaba pendiente de conseguir los correspondientes certificados de tutela de la Consejería de Bienestar Social para solicitar el permiso de residencia en España.
Igualmente se hacía constar que tendría que personarse en cualquier momento en los juzgados de Melilla para prestar declaración por las agresiones y amenazas sufridas.
Younes declara que de nada valió el documento. Recibió un puñetazo, le metieron en un coche y lo trasladaron a la Comisaría. Por la mañana lo expulsaron a Marruecos.
Desde Prodein y APDHML se pondrán en marcha de forma inmediata todas las medidas necesarias para su regreso a la ciudad y el mantenimiento de su seguridad. Se exigirán también todas las responsabilidades que existan y que han dado lugar a la situación de extremo riesgo en la que vive estos días.

A number of PRODEIN and APDHML volunteers have found Youness on the Moroccan side of the frontier at Beni Enzar.
According to his statement, a National Police patrol detained him on 6 May at around 10:00 p.m. in Melilla’s Barrio del Real area. Youness, who didn’t have any identification documents on him at the time, showed a written document from the Association which clearly stated his particulars and that he was awaiting his certificates of guardianship from the Consejería de Bienestar Social, which would confirm those details allow him to apply for residence in Spain.
The document also clearly stated he would have to appear in person at any moment in Melilla’s courts to make his declaration with regard to the attacks and threats which he has had to suffer.

Youness said that the document wasn’t worth anything, and all it got him was a punch. He was put into a car and taken to the Comisaría. The next morning, they expelled him to Morocco.
